Please let the property know your expected time of arrival, email address and mobile phone number, using the special request box when booking or using the contact details found on the booking confirmation as check-in details and door entry code will be sent to guests at 14:00 on the day of your arrival. In the case of same day bookings, the door entry code will be sent to guests within 30 minutes of the property receiving guest confirmations and once payment is successfully made and Photo ID provided by sms.

The Bright House is a non-smoking property. If you or your guests do smoke, please ensure that you do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in the red-lid wheelie bin in the garage. If cigarette smoke is detected in the apartment, or the key/garage remote is lost, a $300 fee applies per item. Additional cleaning fees starting from $100 apply if the house requires additional cleaning (dishes, bbq cleaning, carpet cleaning etc).
